What are your rates?

I offer rates that are competitive within the market of academic editing. Depending on the type of project presented and its estimated length, my rate may be lower or higher. Please contact me, and we can discuss the nature of your project and what a reasonable rate may be for you.

What kind of editing services do you provide?

I offer the full range of editing services necessary for academic and/or professional projects including developmental, substantive, and copy editing. I also provide the aforementioned support for student papers and admission essays. Please see my Services page for further details and to request a quote.

Will you write my paper for me if I am a student?

No. Such an arrangement qualifies as academic dishonesty. However, I am glad to help you cultivate your paper’s initial idea, work with you to strengthen its thesis and logic, and copy edit it for grammatical, spelling, and citation-style errors.

How long does it take for you to “turn around” a project?

It depends on the project. I like to discuss turnaround times with clients before an agreement is reached. I find that clients are more likely to be satisfied if we are on the same page from the beginning of a project.
